And welcome to my yoga classes.

My name is Evgeniia, I am certified yoga teacher and I'm doing Ashtanga yoga classes for beginner and intermediate levels in the center of Porto. There are two kinds of classes - Led class and Mysore class.

Join our class

LED CLASS
This class is suitable for experienced practitioners of Ashtanga yoga. All group is practicing in one pace all together while the teacher is guiding. Practitioners should already know how to do the postures to participate in this class. Duration of the class is 90-100 minutes and it starts at the appointed hour.

MYSORE CLASS (suitable for beginners and experienced)
is a traditional Ashtanga yoga class. Everybody does their own sequence in their own pace. The teacher is explaining how to work with the breath, with muscle blocks and how to enter the postures.
The beauty of this class in individual work with yourself and also deeper work and communication between the teacher and the student.
Duration of the class is 120 minutes and entrance hour is flexible. But it is better to come not later than 1 hour after the class begins.

The studio also provides healing treatments

Scanning your body for energetic blocks through the tension in the muscles. Working with the most active blocks releasing the tension. Physically we work with the feet, legs, head and neck. This treatment is a calm work with the energy in the body, removing blocks and helping the energy flow freely. The duration of the session is 60 minutes and the cost is 60 euro.

Finnish energy healing

This treatment is a body workout. It is about stretching, removing muscle and ligaments blocks and helping stress leave the body. One session is usually dedicated to one ot two zones, so that we can deeply work on them. Usually it takes 4 sessions to work out the whole body. We always start with the spine and neck, then shoulder girdle area and legs: the front and back surfaces. The duration is 60 minutes and the cost is 70 euro per session.
